Fat Burning Furnace Review
OVERVIEW
The Fat Burning Furnace weight loss product offers 158 pages of info on losing weight and building lean muscle. It concentrates a lot on toning your body with healthy eating and special exercises that elevate your metabolism so that you’re burning fat even while at rest.
The book refers to your body as a “furnace” of calorie burning. It describes how your body can burn more fat and calories without even changing your eating habits all that much, which is something that would appeal to just about anyone.
The author, Rob Poulos, talks about the numerous weight loss methods he tried and how they didn’t work. He talks about how he eventually learned this method and workouts that are most effective and will get results in the shortest amount of time.
These workouts are surprisingly easy to fit into your daily routine. As a result, it’s easier for you to not only get results, but to maintain your results.
FOOD AND NUTRITION
The book, surprisingly enough, devotes less than 40 pages to nutrition. It appears that’s due to the fact that, while you do need to eat healthy, it’s more about the workouts and keeping your metabolism at an optimal rate.
He does provide a sample meal plan and a good website to get some great recipes, free.
THE WORKOUTS
Long, hard workouts are not what this system is about. The author teaches you about working out with weights in order to, again, build that muscle and keep your metabolism running high. And, you’re taught how to get results by exercising less than 30 minutes per day.
The exercises are described in great detail, and pictures help you to understand what you’re reading about. (There are even 2+ hours of video available of the author demonstrating extra routines.)
The workouts can be done at beginner, intermediate, or advanced levels, which are all explained. You also get workout plans that allow you to gradually increase your levels.
OPINION
My two favorite things about this program:
1. I didn’t have to follow a “diet.” In fact, even though I sometimes ate things I shouldn’t have, I continued to lose fat, due to the workouts.
2. I am in my forties and I cannot recall ever having this much energy. I mean, it’s hard for me to sit and watch an entire movie. I just want to move all the time.
I didn’t have a hard time sticking to this program for reason number one, above, and also because it didn’t require a lot of time. I wasn’t forced to walk on the treadmill for an hour a day, or even take any aerobics classes.
I guess I would have liked more recipes and direction for what I should eat, but as I mentioned, you are given some online tools for that and, in the end it worked out for me.
To date, I have lost 32 lbs. I have 8 more to go and I’m confident that I’ll keep the weight off. I’ll never stop the workouts because I have so much energy and feel so good.
Visit the “Fat Burning Furnace” website to “hear” the author talk about his book and the system.
